the futons and tatami were so comfortable! ac in each room worked perfectly. the showers and bathrooms on each floor were cleaned well every day. very quiet area and right near the Inari Shrine!! the neighborhood was also not too busy, and was just outside the streets bustling with tourist attractions. all of the staff were very kind and happy to help with some laundry issues we had! we recommend going on the nighttime tour of the shrine, our guide was kind and we had a great time practicing speaking English and Japanese together.

The location. Air conditioning and washing machine. Comfortable mattresses. Pleasant shower
We found it difficult and stressful that the house rules stated that the mats should not get dirty, especially because the whole room consists of them. Even though you are not allowed to eat and drink in the room, we were already afraid that if we accidentally hit something with our shoes, it might get dirty. Despite that, we mostly wore socks or Crocs.
