Right across the street from the train station, short walk to the town. Customer service was absolutely superb. They even set up luggage transfer for us to our next hotel in Tokyo. Onsens were clean and amazing. Never even had to wait for a private bath to be available.

Good location next to the train station, nice staff.. great facility with many things to do inside the hotel, also got to wear Yukata from the hotel during our stay and with private onsen experiance

The whole Japanese style experience with the Kimonos, excellent onsen and design detail. The breakfast was very good and all staff courteous.

Memorable experience at an Onsen. The room was gorgeous and the baths were great. I also loved wearing the Yakuta and PJs to dinner and breakfast!
