Upon entering the airport arrivals hall, guests will be met by a member of the resort's airport concierge team, who will accompany them to their yacht and assist them with all aspects of their arrival. The concierge team will also provide this service upon departure at the end of your stay. Please share arrival and departure flight details 72 hours prior to arrival in order for the property to arrange the transfer. The best staff hospitality in the world! Everyone was friendly, polite, and helpful. Our concierge Navas was like a dream-come-true personal helper. Our room was always kept clean and tidy. On my husband’s birthday, we had a beautiful and creative art piece done by leaves on our bed. On top of that, celebration after celebration at all our dining venues throughout the day.

Love the butler service, the staff level of service from room cleaning to F&B. Terra and Zuma restaurants were absolutely delightful and tasteful experiences.
Kids club could be improved… our daughter was not keen on going again the next day. This is the only weakness of the resort. The rest was top-notch!
